The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, RF system design, modulation schemes, analog circuitry, and testing methodologies, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary hardware teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with electrical, embedded, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to support product development and deployment\n\nDesign and develop RF subsystems for embedded platforms\n\nDesign, debug, and validate analog circuitry and power delivery systems\n\nPerform RF characterization, integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization\n\nConduct RF, antenna, and wireless testing in both lab and field environments\n\nOperate and interpret measurements from RF lab equipment including Spectrum Analyzers (SA), Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), and oscilloscopes\n\nSupport design reviews, documentation, compliance activities, and production validation\n\nQualifications:\n\n3+ years of experience in RF/Wireless engineering or adjacent technical fields\n\nBachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n\nStrong knowledge of RF system design principles and fundamentals\n\nFamiliarity with common digital modulation schemes including BPSK, QPSK, and QAM\n\nExperience with analog circuitry design and debugging\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\n\nHands‑on RF test and validation experience\n\nFamiliarity with EMI/EMC considerations\n\nFamiliarity with industry standard CAD (such as Altium)\n\nExperience using RF test equipment including Spectrum Analyzer (SA), Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Oscilloscope\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n5+ years of experience in RF/Wireless engineering or adjacent technical fields\n\nMaster’s in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n\nExperience working in fast‑paced product development environments\n\nExperience in shipping wireless or RF‑enabled products at scale\n\nExperience using industry standard CAD (such as Altium) and Simulation (such as HFSS or CST) tools\n\nExperience with analog circuitry design and power delivery systems\n\nKnowledge of digital circuitry and mixed‑signal systems\n\nExperience with RF, and wireless performance testing\n\nExperience with Antenna integration and tuning\n\nKnowledge of cellular and wireless communication technologies fundamentals\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing validation, EMI/EMC considerations, and product deployment at scale\n\nBRINC Culture Values:\n\nTry the hard stuff\n\nBe innovative - Invent the future\n\nMove fast\n\nListen to end‑users\n\nStrive for excellence\n\nDon’t build a dystopia\n\nBe frugal\n\nSave lives through technology\n\nIf you’re interested in this role and in joining BRINC, we hope you’ll apply.
