Utilizing Print Data and TMC SOP to determine quality standard.\nDevelop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and expectancy of finished product.\nCalibrating and controlling the monitoring and measuring equipment.\nIdentifying, documenting and segregating (where applicable) non-conforming products\nVerifying the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.\nRelease product for shipment\nCreate and implement inspection criteria\nSimple Trak (QMS) software\nStart NCR investigations for further follow up\nCollecting quality performance data\nContinual improvement of the Quality Management Systems processes and products.\nQuality Technician has many responsibilities not limited to the above.\nREPORTS TO: QC Manager SUPERVISORY REPONSIBILITIES: No\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty accurately. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands, described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
