Line Cook - Part Time & Full Time ($15-$16 Starting Pay)

Job Criteria: Seeking Part-time or Full-time cooks Seeking cooks with day (7am-4pm) and/or nighttime availability (4pm-11pm) Seeking cooks with flexible availability who can work most weekends and at least 1-2 weekdays. Seeking cooks with at least some amount of prior cooking experience. Compensation & Benefits: Entry Level (Little to no cooking experience): Starting wage of $15.00 Cooks with 1+ years of experience: Starting wage of $15+ per hour (Depending on experience & skill level) FREE food* (While Working) 50% Discount on meals (When off duty) Flexible schedule Growth opportunities (financial growth, role growth, & skill growth) First raise within 3-6 months based on skill, dependability, attitude, etc. About us: Le Gabrielle of Monroe is an expansion of the original location in Winder, Georgia. Le Gabrielle is a French inspired restaurant specializing in both sweet and savory crepes. We also offer a variety of other menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner including waffles, specialty coffees, smoothies, paninis, steaks, salads, soups, and more. Responsibilities: Work in a fast-paced kitchen to prepare food for customers. Able to work and stay on task with minimal supervision. Prepare bulk ingredients, sauces, etc. Follow recipes to create beautiful, consistent, and delish dishes. Help foster a positive work environment where everyone can have fun while getting the work done efficiently.
