CRNA Position Available Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital in Hazleton, PA is seeking a CRNA. The hospital has 4 operating rooms and 150 beds, with a Level 4 trauma center and a Level 1 NICU. The schedule includes per diem shifts with a rate of $185 per hour. The operating rooms operate from 7 am to 3 pm, with one room open until 6 pm. The hospital performs 2,600 cases annually in general, orthopedic, and urology, with no cardiac, head, trauma, neuro, pediatric, or OB cases. Call is every other week, and the work day ends the same day. The care team model is in place, and the EMR used is EPIC. Requirements include an active state license, DEA, state CDS, board certification, ACLS, and PALS.
