Landscape Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of lawns, and other green spaces. This role involves working in all weather times. The Landscape Laborer will work with both hand tools and power tools to build, maintain, and irrigate landscapes effectively. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm. Overtime is after 40 hours and is available weekly. Responsibilities Valid drivers license required and to arrive on time. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained lawns. Hardscape installation. Excavation: installing lawns, drainage, dig outs Assist in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal safety as well as the safety of coworkers. Experience 2 year experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred; we are willing to train motivated individuals on tasks they have not preformed yet. Driving with a trailer is a plus. Familiarity with power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
