Multi Client CFO

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi Client Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations across a diverse portfolio of clients. This pivotal role involves providing expert financial guidance, overseeing complex accounting functions, and driving fiscal strategies that support growth, compliance, and operational excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, the Multi Client CFO will harness deep financial expertise to optimize revenue management, manage risk, and foster sustainable business development. Duties Lead comprehensive financial management activities across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Oversee corporate accounting functions including financial reporting, compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. Manage risk analysis and implement robust internal controls following frameworks such as COSO to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Drive revenue cycle management initiatives, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition processes to maximize cash flow and profitability. Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities to support fiscal discipline and strategic planning efforts. Oversee treasury management functions such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships to optimize financial resources. Provide leadership in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning to facilitate growth opportunities. Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex data for senior leadership, and communicate insights effectively to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), regulatory reporting standards, and governmental accounting requirements across all client portfolios. Lead teams in technical accounting areas including tax accounting, cost accounting, payroll management, supply chain finance, and non-profit accounting when applicable. Skills Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including profit & loss analysis, expense management, cost management, and fiscal strategy development. Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced financial modeling tools for accurate analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of risk management principles combined with experience in market analysis and business development strategies. Expertise in regulatory frameworks such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards, ASC 606 revenue recognition rules, and COSO internal control frameworks. Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment for senior leadership engagement. Excellent skills in financial report writing and interpretation to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Negotiation capabilities coupled with strategic planning expertise to support organizational growth initiatives. Deep understanding of treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity optimization, and banking relationships management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive business analysis related to governmental accounting practices or supply chain finance when required.
