The above represents the standard Corporate Policy\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervises daily activities of all Eligibility Specialists and coordinates the activities of supervisors and office personnel.\nOversees scheduling of Eligibility Specialists; monitors operations and coordinates delivery of service with superiors.\nWorks closely with the General Manager to ensure that all operation service requirements are met.\nTrack, compile and analyze performance; handle interdepartmental issues; resolve employee issues and grievances; improve processes and appointment scheduling.\nMakes hiring decisions for authorized roles; evaluates the work performance of staff; ensures the timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.\nAssists in accident/incident investigation, including any needed on-site assistance and support to safety and training personnel.\nCoordinates with the safety and training department to ensure all safety goals and directives are met.\nDevelops Operations department budget.\nMay operate a vehicle in revenue service, if necessary.\nOther duties as required.\nTravel requirement outside of immediate area (15%):\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Social Services, Rehabilitation, Ancillary Health Care Profession, or a related field\nWilling to accept relevant experience and specialized certifications in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree (Certifications can include: COTA, OT, PT)\n3+ years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities\nExperience and knowledge with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and sensitivity to issues relating to people with disabilities and older adults.\nWorking knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and relevant database programs\nGood written and oral communication skills\nAbility to organize and perform work efficiently; strong attention to details\nAbility to work effectively with labor; may include labor grievances and negotiations\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
