Learn more at www.cfd-research.comContractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) / Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) (Full-Time)📍 Beavercreek, OH | 🕒 Full-Time | 🔐 Active Top Secret RequiredCFD Research Corporation is seeking an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) / Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to support Special Access Programs (SAP) and SCI activities within our Beavercreek, Ohio operations.This position is ideal for a mid-level security professional who thrives in a mission-focused environment and can operate independently while supporting multiple classified programs. The CPSO/CSSO will serve as a trusted security advisor to program leadership and ensure the protection of sensitive technologies supporting national security missions. This is a role requiring on-site support due to the nature of classified program operations.What You’ll DoProgram Security LeadershipProvide day-to-day CPSO/CSSO support within our Beavercreek, OH office.Develop, maintain, and implement program-level security procedures and operating instructions.Assist with government customers and program personnel.Provide classification guidance and security oversight for program activities.Personnel Security & Program AccessManage personnel security processing using DISS and JADE.Execute Program Access Requests (PARs) and Special Access Program nomination processes.Conduct indoctrinations, debriefings, and recurring security briefings.Track clearance status and maintain personnel access records.Classified Material & Information SecurityMaintain Top Secret Control and document accountability programs.Process inbound/outbound classified mail, courier packages, and receipts.Conduct classified material destruction and accountability procedures.Support secure handling, reproduction, and transfer of classified materials.Visitor & Access ControlManage visit certifications and visit requests.Support visitor control procedures and escort requirements.Assist with facility access control and badging processes.Security Compliance & InspectionsConduct internal security reviews and self-inspections.Support government security inspections and program reviews.Investigate and document security incidents when required.Support ongoing security education and awareness programs.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience supporting DoD security programsPrior experience as a CPSO, CSSO, GSSOActive Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred)Experience working with Special Access Programs (SAP)Hands-on experience using JADE and DISSWorking knowledge of applicable security policies including:DoD SAP security guidanceICD 705DoD program security requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal oversightPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Air Force or DoD SAP programsFSO for Possessing Facilities CertificateExperience supporting SAP facilities or secure environmentsFamiliarity with COMSEC systems such as secure voice or TACLANEExperience coordinating directly with government program security officesWhat Sets You ApartSuccessful candidates will bring:Strong attention to detail and disciplined security practicesThe ability to work effectively with program managers and government partnersConfidence operating in dynamic classified environmentsA proactive approach to solving security challenges Benefits: CFD Research offers competitive salaries and excellent employee benefits, including an employer matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
