Provides guidance, feedback, and support to employees and management using fundamental professional and technical knowledge of quality systems, equipment, testing, and procedures.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nOversee, review, complete, and process various quality forms, documents, databases, and related materials.\n\nProvide analysis, interpretation, and guidance to staff, management, and functional leaders regarding quality policies, programs, and practices, including support for operational improvements and change initiatives.\n\nResearch and resolve management and employee questions related to quality requirements; assist with customer feedback investigations and coordinate appropriate responses.\n\nAnalyze operational results, feedback, and quality data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations for management.\n\nEnsure accuracy of testing, equipment, procedures, operational databases, and reports through audits, reviews, and data verification activities; collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.\n\nAssist in the development and execution of quality and cross-functional projects, including budgeting, timelines, resource planning, and project reporting.\n\nInterpret and apply departmental policies, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards.\n\nContribute to departmental effectiveness by offering process improvement suggestions and actively participating on work teams.\n\nPromote and support the mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating professional, courteous, and cooperative behavior with customers and colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.\n\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Operations, or a closely related field; or\n\nAn equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\n\nRequired Knowledge\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n\nFundamental principles, practices, and techniques of quality management.\n\nAdministration and oversight of quality programs, policies, and procedures.\n\nMethods for identifying and resolving quality-related issues, questions, and concerns.\n\nApplicable quality regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.\n\nStandard testing equipment, tools, and calibration processes.\n\nComputer applications and systems related to quality management and reporting.\n\nPrinciples and practices of effective project team participation.\n\nEffective communication methods for interacting with staff, coworkers, and customers.\n\nBusiness English usage, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nPerforming professional-level quality responsibilities across multiple functional areas.\n\nAdministering and supporting a variety of quality programs and processes.\n\nTraining employees on quality policies, procedures, and standards.\n\nParticipating in and supporting projects and project teams.\n\nWorking effectively both independently and within a team environment.\n\nInterpreting, applying, and explaining laws, regulations, standards, and procedures.\n\nPreparing reports, correspondence, and other business documents.\n\nExercising initiative and sound judgment within established guidelines.\n\nDemonstrating tact, discretion, and professionalism when interacting with others.`, had to be removed.
