Our client, a top bank, is seeking a Procurement Attorney for a 12 month anticipated durationStart date: 6/29Ideally, the client is seeking someone onsite 4 days per week at one of their offices: Johnston, RI; New York, NY; Stamford, CT; Boston, MA; or Westwood, MA. However, they are also considering remote candidates. Negotiate vendor agreements such MPA, Saas, MSA, and MFSAs.Background in technology vendor agreements, especially those related to SaaS and AI would be extremely helpful.Draft and negotiate Policy Amendments.Negotiate NDAs.Create legal playbooks. Candidates who have at least 4-5 years of specialized experience in real estate transactions, procurement transactions, or ideally a blend of both is a plus
