Senior Maintenance Engineer

Development and improvement of maintenance tasks, inclusive of Tasks Lists and Maintenance StrategiesReview and interpretation of engineering information (such as dwgs, functional, and technical specifications) for the building of Asset HierarchyDevelop detailed Engineering Discipline equipment specific Work Instructions and Task Lists and the associated Master DataContinuous improvement of Maintenance Development and Optimization processes and technical proceduresConduct equipment and Spares Criticality Assessments and Safety Critical Element (Equipment) assignment exercisesParticipate in client workshops and reviewsIdentify Spares for Maintenance Strategies, catalogue Spare Parts, consumables and assemble Bills of MaterialsParticipate and support the facilitation of equipment reliability related studies including RCM studies, FMEAs, FMECAs, Criticality Analysis, and RCAsCarry out Maintenance Data QA/ QC Support the development project documentation such as procedures, standards, and analysis papersDevelop and optimize Work Management processesCarry out Site-based Work Management, Maintenance and Reliability assessmentsDevelopment of technical reports, and conduct/ participate in lessons learnt sessionsTravel to client Sites inclusive of onshore, offshore plants, and office locationQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:BSc, BEng, BTech. Degree in either Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Industrial Engineering discipline or equivalent with Site-based experience in Maintenance management, supervisionMinimum Experience:Minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance management and in the execution of maintenance development projectsExperience in maintenance data development and updatesExperience in the development and configuration of Maintenance and Spares Master DataDemonstrable balance of offshore and onshore asset equipment installation, operations, and maintenance experienceExperience in the execution of Work Management processesExperience in the operation and maintenance of oil and gas, petrochemical, or manufacturingExperience and working knowledge of process and equipment safety systemsJob-Specific SkillsKnowledge of reliability and maintenance processes including Criticality Assessments, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance StudiesStrong functional and technical knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Master Data ObjectsStrong analytical skills.
