The role is based in Chicago, Illinois.\r\nJob Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of legacy data structures to identify data elements for migration.\r\nDevelop and document data mapping specifications to ensure accurate data transformation.\r\nImplement data cleansing processes to prepare data for migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency.\r\nExecute data migration processes, monitoring for errors or discrepancies and addressing issues as needed.\r\nPerform validation checks on migrated data to ensure compliance with quality standards.\r\nCollaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate data migration progress.\r\nPrepare reports summarizing data conversion outcomes, including any challenges encountered and resolutions implemented.\r\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance data conversion processes.\r\nEffectively communicate with the client and other project stakeholders.\r\nDemonstrate an understanding of business and technical requirements gathering and support functional workflow, business process, and information flow discussions.\r\nBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.\r\nMinimum of 6 years' experience in data analysis, data management, or data conversion, preferably within a healthcare or public sector environment.\r\nMinimum of 3 years' experience and proficiency in data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation techniques.\r\nMinimum of 3 years' experience and proficiency in data analysis tools.\r\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess data quality and identify discrepancies.\r\nFamiliarity with data migration tools and software, along with experience in utilizing databases and data management systems.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.\r\nPreferred Skills Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and understanding of Medicaid policies and regulations.\r\nCertification in data management, data analysis, or related fields.\r\nKnowledge of data governance principles and best practices.\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.\r\nMust be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible \"can-do\" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.\r\nAbility to handle ambiguity and change.\r\nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. The starting pay range for this role is $111,540 – $185,900. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
