This position will also support LMS strategy and technology roadmap planning while helping ensure system performance, cybersecurity compliance, and a positive user experience.\n\nResponsibilities\nAdminister daily LMS operations, including course setup, enrollment, and catalog management.\nProvide user support and help desk services for learners and LMS administrators.\nDevelop LMS standard operating procedures, user guides, and job aids.\nIntegrate and test SCORM/xAPI learning content.\nManage and support LMS integrations with HRIS and authentication systems.\nTroubleshoot LMS and learning technology issues.\nCoordinate with vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.\nMonitor system performance.\nSupport cybersecurity compliance requirements.\nConduct Section 508 accessibility and usability audits.\nGenerate LMS reports and learning analytics dashboards.\nSupport LMS strategy and technology roadmap planning.\nSupport continuous improvement of the digital learning ecosystem.\nMaintain documentation supporting LMS operations and administration.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nExperience in learning technology administration, LMS administration, IT support, or a related discipline required.\nExperience\nExperience administering Learning Management System platforms.\nExperience with daily LMS operations, including course setup, enrollment, and catalog management.\nExperience integrating eLearning content using SCORM and/or xAPI standards.\nTechnical troubleshooting experience with enterprise systems.\nExperience supporting system integrations.\nExperience developing technical or user-facing documentation.\nDepartment of Defense or federal learning systems experience preferred.\nExperience with cybersecurity compliance or Risk Management Framework processes preferred.\nExperience supporting learning analytics and reporting preferred.\nRequired Certifications & Clearance\nSECRET clearance required.\nTools & Systems\nLearning Management System platforms\nSCORM/xAPI standards\nSystem integration tools\nHRIS and authentication integrations\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nLearning analytics and reporting tools\nCybersecurity compliance processes and RMF concepts\nSkills\nStrong Learning Management System administration skills.\nStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nKnowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards.\nUnderstanding of enterprise system integrations.\nAbility to provide responsive technical and user support.\nStrong documentation and technical writing skills.\nKnowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity compliance processes.\nAbility to develop LMS reports and learning analytics dashboards.\nStrong attention to detail.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with users, administrators, technical teams, and vendors.\n\nThis is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements, or working conditions.
