The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the company and partners, handle complex challenges, and independently establish project goals.\nThe ideal candidate is well-versed in modern project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure Dev Ops) and focused on improving team efficiency and productivity.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the program, from ideation if yet to be defined, to implementation of a solution with defined timelines and resources.\nDevelop and direct the creation of features, schedules, critical deliverables, and other program support requirements\nIdentify areas of improvement in executing defined solutions and defines path-forward actions\nLead and influence efforts across Pan-HP business units to ensure all areas are represented and solutions are implemented in a fair and inclusive manner\nCommunicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders and executives\nManage activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners\nCommunicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with business unit management and internal partners and stakeholders to recommend and implement necessary changes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency\nLead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence\nEducation and Experience Required:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.\nPMP/PMI certification preferred\nTypically 10+ years experience.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nExperience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross- business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.\nHistory of innovation with examples of developing new technical, engineering and/or manufacturing processes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.\nAbility to effectively communicate program management architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.\nYou’re out to reimagine and reinvent what’s possible—in your career as well as the world around you.
