Set up and operation of PCBA equipment, test equipment utilizing IPC standards.\r\nPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:All Level 2 Duties plus the following added responsibilities.\r\nWork with support teams on new product introductions\r\nMake recommendations to improve test efficiency.\r\nAbility to operate a variety of testing equipment, such as signal generators and multimeter.\r\nMust be able to read drawing to assemble and wire custom cabinet.\r\nAbility to read and understand outbound with configuration for DM.\r\nMust be able to read drawing to assemble and wire custom cabinet.\r\nAbility to confirm and MIGO material to storage location off production orders.\r\nWorking knowledge of low voltage systems integration including, but not limited to, equipment application, compatibility, and testing procedures.\r\nPerforms testing of assembled product to ensure product meets performance requirements.\r\nDemonstrated competence on various electronic and mechanical systems.\r\nSet-up Machines, which includes running daily calibration.\r\nUnderstanding how to replenish exhausted components.\r\nVerify Shortages and substitutions\r\nSetup and operate Pick and Place machines, specifically Panasonic.\r\nVerify Mix is correct.\r\nOperate FCT Test and IT\r\nMake sure components are received from Prep Dept.\r\nOrganized jobs based on setup sheet from Programmer.\r\nAbility to repair a variety of electronic circuit boards.\r\nLoad ICT programs\r\n2 - 3 years\r\nJob Specifications:Experience with electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly processes and measurements.\r\nAble to read and communicate in English.\r\nBlueprints, hand tools, assembler, electrical assembler required skills\r\nTests functional performance of systems, sub-assemblies, and parts under specified conditions.\r\nRecords test data on daily basis and submits to supervisor(s).\r\nMust have skills to distinguish between subtle differences in color.\r\nModerately complex work performed within established practices and procedures requiring critical thinking skills.\r\nComplete daily packing and shipping goals in a timely manner\r\nAccurately record all product information and movement through the proper use of scanning equipment or other tracking systems.\r\nMaintain clean and organized environment.\r\nMust have the willingness to learn and be trained on various types of equipment.\r\nMust have a valid driver's license to operate PIT vehicles.\r\nMust have the ability to perform quality inspection of select materials per orders, including spelling, quantity, and cosmetic defects.\r\nAbility to perform calibration and preventative maintenance of cell machines or fixtures.\r\nParticipate in daily safety huddles.\r\nMust be able to work overtime as required.\r\nDemonstrate the willingness to cross train across various production cells.\r\nPerform other duties/projects as assigned.\r\nJob Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent\r\nAbility to work often with others in a team environment.\r\nMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written in English\r\nMust have comprehension skills in English.\r\nNeed to be organized and detail oriented.\r\nBasic computer navigation and utilization skills.\r\nWorking Conditions:1st Shift (8:00am to 4:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (5:00 pm to 1:30am)\r\n0% amount of travel required for the job.\r\nProlonged standing, seating, bending for up to 5-12 hours during the day.\r\nWearing of ESD jacket and ESD wrist guards with protective eye wear.\r\nHigh paced manufacturing facility.\r\nHigh amount of repetitive motion required.\r\nPosition involves lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weigh 40 lbs.\r\nAbility to operate a hand pump jack to handle heavier objects.\r\nRequired grip gloves and protective eye wear.\r\nAbility to operate and maneuver crates with various weight limits with assistance.\r\nCrestron Electronics offers a competitive total compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401K with company match, paid time off, holidays, on-site amenities at NJ headquarters & TX facilities, Crestron market cafes, and fitness centers.
