Identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability across data processes by analyzing and understanding project details. Must-have: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field and experience managing complex programs with high-frequency requests and competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent analytical abilities. 6+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL development, and data transport processes. Expertise in Python for data manipulation, profiling, and automation. Solid understanding of computer systems, interfaces, and data workflows. Experience managing a portfolio of data-related projects.Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Capital Markets, including a 360-degree understanding of its operations. Knowledge of Accounting, Sub-Ledgers & Payments, FinTech, DeFi, Crypto, and Blockchain technologies.
