The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with opportunities for growth and development within our company.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and cooking of various dishesEnsure the kitchen is operating efficiently and effectivelyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceSupport the Head Chef in menu planning and inventory managementTrain and mentor kitchen staff as neededMonitor food quality and presentation standardsAssist in maintaining food safety and sanitation standardsCollaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfactionRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; culinary school is a plusPassion for cooking and willingness to learnBasic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniquesStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow recipes and instructions accuratelyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPrevious kitchen experience is preferred but not required
