The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, technical skills, and safety protocols to support our production goals and uphold high-quality standards.\nShift: 11pm - 7:30am\nOverview: Perform machine operator responsibilities associated with requirements to meet production daily goals to achieve customer request dates.\n*50 cents added on to hourly rate for each new machine learned!*\nResponsibilities:\nFollow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures\nAdhere to the Idemia Quality Policy\nContributes to team success by meeting target volumes monthly\nMust understand parts per hour or pieces per hour and demonstrate ability to count\nAbility to set up, operate and produce product within ISO specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the Production Supervisor\nCross-training within the department is a must to create flexibility within the teams as described by the Production Supervisor\nMust possess the ability to use various precision equipment, individual must have some experience with computers; attention to detail is imperative, along with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment\nMust be willing to work overtime during the week and weekends as business needs meet market demands\nMaintain 5S activities for machines/area operated to include TPM tasks\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBasic math skills\nAbility to work in a team based environment\n1-2 years working in a manufacturing\nPay: $19.00 per hour\nApplication Question(s):\nCan you work the hours of 11pm to 7:30am?\nThe payrate for this role is $19.00 an hour.
