Busser/Food Runner

The Food Runner / Busser supports both the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams by ensuring dishes reach guests promptly and tables stay clean, organized, and ready for service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and with a polished presentation
Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart
Support servers by refilling water, pre‑bussing, and maintaining table cleanliness
Communicate with the kitchen to ensure correct timing and order accuracy
Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and expo line
Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and restocking as needed
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Provide a friendly, professional presence on the floor at all times

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to stay organized and calm during busy shifts
Team‑oriented mindset with great communication skills
Weekend availability preferred
Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
