A staff of over 30 Team Members! "White Glove Appliances" are brand appliances like: Samsung, LG, Kitchen Aid etc. These brands are Top-Tier and needs to be handled with care. Driver-Helpers will team-up with the Driver to deliver and install basic hookups -in the local area. Appliances being installed can range from: refrigerators, Dishwashe, freezers, washer and dryers. Equiment: -26ft Box Truck Requirements: Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. Conducts training. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations. Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures. Driver and Driver Helper Supervision Professional Box Truck driving experience or willing to learn Professional Appliance Installation expeiernce or willing to learn Location: must have reliable commute before starting work (required) Loading and Unloading up to 60-200lbs With the assitance of apppliance dolly, straps, etc. 6 to 10 Hour shifts Driver must have Valid Drivers license (cdl is not required) Job Description Job Details $800-$2,000 weekly Home Daily Monday-Sunday Appliance Delivery/Installation Delivering Success Trucking USA is a Full-Service company for logistics and transportation located in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.
