Visit arcfield.com for more details.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nArcfield has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Proposal Development Manager.\r\n\r\nServes as a senior proposal subject matter expert, supporting the development and revision of proposals from conception to completion.\r\nManages the overall proposal development process to meet internal and government milestones.\r\nWorks with Growth and Account staff to define & incorporate win strategies, themes, and discriminators.\r\nReviews and interprets RFP requirements and generates outlines and compliance matrices to guide proposal team in planning and generating compliant proposal content.\r\nChampions delivery of fully compliant proposals.\r\nDevelops schedules and identifies resources.\r\nCoordinates activities of functional support staff (e.g., subcontracts, pricing, contracts, etc.).\r\nEstablishes and coordinates proposal reviews.\r\nFollows and provides input on proposal policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and functional performance standards.\r\nReports proposal status to company leadership.\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\nBS 12-15 Years, MS 10-13, PhD 10+\r\nMinimum 4 years of management experience\r\nUnderstanding of the Shipley Proposal Process\r\nMust possess and have the ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance\r\nMust have the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access\r\n\r\nEEO Statement\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and federal government contractor.
