CNC Machinist Operator

Job Description CNC Machinist AER Manufacturing – Carrollton, TX $26.00 - $32.00 per hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Join the AER Manufacturing Team AER Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team in Carrollton, Texas. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality precision parts. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to perform machining operations including drilling, boring, milling, turning, and threading Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files Load CNC programs and verify accuracy through test cycles Set up tools, fixtures, and materials according to setup sheets and job specifications Establish and adjust work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters for accurate production Monitor machine operations and adjust feeds and speeds to optimize performance and quality Perform basic machine maintenance, including: Maintaining coolant levels and concentration Refilling oil reservoirs Greasing clamping equipment Cleaning CNC equipmentOrganize tooling and materials while maintaining a clean and efficient work area Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of CNC machining experience Experience with CNC mills and lathes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of machining tolerances, tooling, and offsets Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude Compensation & Schedule $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Full-time opportunity with stable hours Why AER Manufacturing?
