Manages execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement strategy, including RFPs, Rs&Os, EAC, IMS management, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program executionReviews and assesses request for proposals (RFP) and bid packagesImplement key performance indicators internally and with supply base to ensure timely delivery to customersWork closely with Operations, Planning and Finance functions to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirementsSupport and engage with various Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areasLead CORE projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvementSupport OSC lead for internal and external audits of material and costSets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of developmental program resultsManage a team of professionals and can explains policies, practices, and procedures and influence othersProblems faced are difficult and require consideration of multiple variables and courage to make risk based decisionsLead multiple complex projects simultaneouslyAny other reasonable duties as requiredQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experienceExperience with supply chain, vendor management, Risk Assessment/Mitigation & performance managementERP work experience, SAP highly preferredProposal experience and experience with FARActive and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
