Job Description NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!Job Description: Staff for adults with developmental and physical disabilities (Full time & Part time jobs offered with possible supervisory positions DOE)Note: Each individual clients needs are different. The below are some examples of duties that may or may not be required depending on the clients needs.- Personal Care Assistance: Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.- Medication Management: Medication reminders as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records.- Supportive Services: Offer emotional support, companionship, and active listening to clients.- Educate: Educate/teach clients how to live more independently.- Community Integration: Facilitate community outings, employment, social activities, and opportunities for skill-building and personal growth.- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients progress, care plans, and incidents.- Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of client by identifying and addressing potential hazards and reporting any concerns promptly.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Compassionate and patient demeanor.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem-solve effectively.- Understanding of person-centered care principles.- Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.- Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, current registration and insurance.- No experience required!!
