CT Technologist - CT Scanner Description:Ability to provide diagnostic x-rays for the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patientsMaintains good communication skillsAbility to produce examination according to diagnostic and safety protocols for age groupsAbility to produce diagnostic examinationsMaintains infection control procedures for age groupsPrepares and administers contrast media for age groupsOperation and use of pre and post examination equipmentScheduling responsibilitiesMaintain current hospital and / or department policiesExperience/ Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredSatisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA approved school and meets requirements for registry by the ARRTMust be registered or if recent graduate, must pass registrySix months experience in CT/Radiology preferredMust be knowledgeable in performance of all routine exams and be familiar with all special exams in all patient categories including infant, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatricsBCLS certification requiredInterpersonal skills are requiredCommunication skills-verbal and written are requiredPerks/Benefits:(for eligible employees):Have optimal opportunity for career growth within our growing organizationMedical / DentalRetirement PlanPTO and paid life insuranceWhat Sets Us ApartArchbold Medical Center is a four-hospital, three nursing-home health system with 540 patient beds.
