Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Neuro Ophthalmology role based in Washington, DC. The healthcare professional will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex neuro-ophthalmic conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and conducting comprehensive patient evaluations. Additional responsibilities include providing patient education, interpreting diagnostic tests, and contributing to clinical research initiatives within the field of neuro ophthalmology. Qualifications Proficiency in Neuro Ophthalmology diagnostics, treatment procedures, and care planningStrong analytical, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, patient interaction, and team collaboration skillsDedication to continued professional development and staying informed on current medical advancementsCompletion of a medical degree and residency in neurology or ophthalmology, with subspecialty training in neuro-ophthalmologyBoard certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty is preferredPrior experience in an academic or clinical research setting is a plusCommitment to healthcare equity and serving patients with a diverse range of needs
