{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"10714fde1aaf05129e6d5eb7","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/10714fde1aaf05129e6d5eb7","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/10714fde1aaf05129e6d5eb7","title":"Process Engineer","description":"Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a Process Engineer for their Mountain Top, PA area location.\n\nThe Process Engineer will be responsible for material production line technical support, including machinery operation analysis and process equipment implementation.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAssisting with the development and maintenance of mainline and slitter process targets and product control limits\n\nPerforming output data process deviations and targets/variations shifts evaluations\n\nTroubleshooting and responding to process and quality issues\n\nCoordinating continuous improvement initiatives development, support, and implementation\n\nProviding equipment processes and qualifications coordination and support\n\nPerforming visual inspections of production line and observing roll quality and fabric samples\n\nCollaborating with Quality Assurance on quality concerns and issues investigations and resolution\n\nOverseeing tracking, activities coordination, and PM schedules\n\nTracking and maintaining operation PM task list\n\nAssisting with SOPs and WI development and maintenance\n\nProviding 24/7 line support and setting up coverage as needed\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline\n\n3-5 years manufacturing or material production experience\n\nEngineering and manufacturing theory experienceManufacturing lines knowledge\n\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\n\nAbility to work effectively independently in a fast paced environment\n\nMicrosoft Office, SharePoint, MES, Infor proficiency\n\nSalary $65-$75k\n\nEmployment Type: direct hire\n\nThe specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.\n\nSolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
