Ensures that project and/or process control documentation is compliant with requirements and/or contract.\nExperience advancing Zero Defect culture utilizing advanced Quality tools such as statistical analysis, PFMEA, 8D corrective action.\nCreate/Maintain PFMEA, Control plans documentation using enterprise platform to ensure compliance to Parker standards.\nPerform virtual & onsite supplier audits as needed.\nWorking experience in developing Supplier APQP/PPAP\nWorks with Procurement to qualify NEW suppliers\nDevelops Supplier Risk mitigation plans for Parts moves\nResponsible for Quality Assurance of New Product introductions to Suppliers\nCoordinates with Supplier Quality team on all initiatives relating to supplier quality performance.\nMust Have Requirements:\nInterpret blueprints, specifications & work instructions.\nHands-on expertise in measurement methods & tools.\nData analysis & mining – Pivot charts.\nRoot cause analysis / problem solving.\nMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)\nSupplier quality audit experience.\nAPQP/PPAP experience\nUS Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.\nPreferred Requirements:\nAt least 5 years’ experience in demonstrated process improvement success; proven accomplishments utilizing Lean tools/methodologies; Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Mistake-Proofing and process capability tools required to drive the continuous improvement culture into the organization.\n4+ years’ experience as a Quality Engineer in Aerospace.\nBS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related job experience.\nAutomotive experience a plus\nEssential Commodity Experience / Requirements:\nMachining (Must have)\nAssembly/Mfg Experience\nAerospace\nProblem Solving\nSense of urgency\nCustomer experience\nWork Environment:\nWorking conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
