Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, you will defi ne product requirements, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure our products meet customer needs and align with company objectives.\r\nResponsibilities Defi ne product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.\r\nAct as the voice of the customer and internal champion for EPC Power's product lines.\r\nDevelop business cases for new product opportunities, including ROI and cost analysis.\r\nTranslate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused product features.\r\nCollaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to deliver products on time and within budget.\r\nLead cross-functional product development initiatives through the product lifecycle.\r\nMonitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, driving continuous improvement.\r\nSupport sales and marketing with product positioning, messaging, and training materials.\r\nAnalyze competitors and market conditions to identify product differentiation and innovation opportunities.\r\nManage product documentation, SKUs, and lifecycle status in coordination with supply chain and quality teams.\r\nWork with Development Project Management to develop technical project schedules and drive development project execution\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.\r\n3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in power electronics, energy systems, or related industries.\r\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with engineers and executives alike.\r\nExperience creating MRDs, PRDs, and managing product roadmaps.\r\nDemonstrated success in launching hardware-based products.\r\nProficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Product board.\r\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications MBA or Master's in Engineering or Business.\r\nExperience with grid-tied, grid-forming, or hybrid inverter systems.\r\nFamiliarity with industry standards such as IEEE 1547, UL 1741, or CSA standards.\r\nExperience working in fast-paced, growth-stage manufacturing environments.\r\nBenefits 401(k) with company matching\r\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\r\nDisability and life insurance\r\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\r\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\r\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\r\nTuition reimbursement\r\nEmployee Incentive Program (EIP)\r\nEPC Power is an equal opportunity employer.
