This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.Assist with daily living activities and promote resident hygiene.Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent LPN license is required.
