We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.\nTransdev is proud to offer:\nCBA Position:\nPosition Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:\n$18.00 / hour\nPart Time to 3-4 days a week 10p-6:30am Sun,Mon,Fri,Sat.\nBenefits for this role may include Medical, dental and vision benefits Paid time off Paid sick time Paid holidays 401k or similar retirement plan\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversees on-road service by tracking trip performance measures, route began on time, performance, incidents, etc.\nProvides customer support by responding to questions/concerns regarding schedules, lost items, timing, and general service challenges. Assists passengers in need, and with loading/unloading of baggage from the bus.\nAssists in emergency situations for vehicle operators, act as liaison between drivers, management, and emergency services.\nReconcile physical passenger counts and electronic count from the bus systems if equipped.\nOther duties as assigned by GM or Direct Supervisor\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid driver's license\nTechnical degree preferred\nADA knowledge\nbaggage handling\n2 years customer service experience\nExcellent verbal, interpersonal skills, email, and phone skills.\nProblem solving skills\nExcellent customer service skills\nAbility to lift minimum of 50 Ibs\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\nThe employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.\nWork environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.\nAbout Transdev: Cities, counties, airports, companies, and universities across the U.S. contract with Transdev to operate their transportation systems, maintain their vehicle and fleets, and deliver on mobility solutions.
