If you thrive in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment and enjoy solving operational challenges, this is a great opportunity to grow within SaaS operations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nSoftware Fulfillment:\nExecute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of software and software subscriptions\nGenerate and deliver license entitlements, activation keys, and access credentials through integrated systems\nEnsure customers are successfully onboarded and activated with minimal friction\nEnsure compliance with U.S. export control regulations by validating customer, product, and geographic eligibility prior to fulfillment of export-controlled software and licensing\nTrustedCare Support:\nManage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and entitlement management to support a seamless activation experience\nProvide ongoing TrustedCare support, resolving access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences\nOperational Excellence and Automation:\nPartner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements\nContribute to automation and system optimization efforts within fulfillment workflows\nMaintain and enhance process documentation and operational playbooks\nCollaboration and Customer Experience:\nCommunicate proactively with internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment issues quickly\nEnsure high-quality, consistent experiences across all customer touchpoints\nOwns User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, integrations, and product releases for U.S. export-controlled products\nQualifications:\nWe’re looking for an Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist who has:\nExceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability\nA strong desire to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational outcomes\nAdaptability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency\nThe ability to operate independently with minimal direction and oversight\nStrong communication skills to convey information and resolve issues effectively\nFamiliarity with SaaS or software delivery processes\nExperience working with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, etc.\nExperience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems\nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship\nWhere you will be: This role is open to a fully remote work model for candidates based in the U.S.\nAbout Entrust: Our growing company relies on curious, dedicated and innovative colleagues to anticipate the future and provide solutions for a more connected, mobile and secure world. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
