We’re more than just a wellness studio—we’re a mission-driven movement, and we’re looking for energetic, people-first sales professionals to help us grow our community here in Bothell.\n\nIf you’re passionate about fitness or wellness and love connecting with people, this role is for you.\n\n*What You’ll Do:*\n\n*Sales & Membership Growth*\n\n* Make outbound calls daily to connect with new leads and follow up with past prospects\n* Deliver engaging studio tours and intro stretch sessions that educate and inspire\n* Confidently close membership and stretch package sales, focusing on value and outcomes\n* Overcome objections with empathy and product knowledge\n* Upsell retail products and recovery services that enhance client results\n\n*Client Experience & Studio Operations*\n\n* Provide a consistently polished, friendly, and personalized experience to every guest\n* Handle check-ins, phone calls, appointment scheduling, and service recovery with ease\n* Work closely with Flexologists and the Studio Manager to ensure a seamless client flow\n* Keep the lobby tidy, organized, and always guest-ready\n* Use our CRM (ClubReady) to manage leads, record follow-ups, and track performance\n\n*Marketing & Community Outreach*\n\n* Support grassroots events, open houses, and wellness fairs to grow local visibility\n* Contribute to studio marketing and social media efforts to engage new prospects\n* Be a visible brand ambassador in Bothell—bringing StretchLab energy into every interaction\n\n*Who You Are:*\n\n* You’ve worked in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales (studio, gym, spa, chiropractic, etc.)\n* You’re confident on the phone—outbound calls and follow-ups are no problem\n* You love closing sales and believe in the transformative power of what you’re offering\n* You have a positive, authentic personality and strong emotional intelligence\n* You’re organized, tech-savvy, and goal-oriented, especially when it comes to tracking performance\n* You enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment\n* You’re available 20–30 hours per week and can work at least one weekend shift\n\n*What You’ll Get:*\n\n* Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission + bonus potential\n* Free and discounted stretch sessions to support your own wellness\n* Opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding wellness brand\n* A supportive, high-energy team culture that celebrates results and relationships\n\n*Apply Now and Help Bothell Move Better.
