This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $101,000 – $138,600 annuallyResponsibilities Develop and manage project charters and data collection plans Ensure successful planning and execution of projects according to objectives Create KPIs focusing on scope, schedule, cost, and quality Facilitate issue resolution throughout the deployment process Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency Lead cross-functional meetings to track project progress Provide updates to stakeholders on project status and impactQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years in industrial/robotic automation installation projects Ability to implement creative solutions within budget and timeframe Skills to identify problems and analyze data effectively Experience in leading change initiatives with minimal disruption Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Preferred: PMP cert, Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen cert, knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, and SAPBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability coverage 401K retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Business travel expense reimbursementOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
