This role is located in Mount Pleasant, TX 75455.\r\nAbout the Position\r\nThe IT Project Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of the Epicor ERP system by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of enterprise data. This role partners closely with functional business units to analyze, cleanse, validate, and document data required for conversion and ongoing operational use. In addition, the Data Analyst supports project task management activities and develops clear, auditable documentation to support data governance, testing, training, and compliance objectives.\r\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a structured program management environment.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nERP Implementation Project Support\r\nSupport Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation team data management tasks for manufacturing, supply chain, finance and operations teams\r\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, including defect tracking and results documentation\r\nReport Writing\r\nReport and dashboard construction in Epicor Kinetic\r\nValidating current reports, translating from current ERP to new ERP or Tableau\r\nData Cleansing, Validation & Archiving Support\r\nPartner with business teams to identify, cleanse, and validate master data and transactional data in preparation for Epicor ERP data conversion and ongoing system accuracy\r\nExecute tasks in support of data cleansing plans, including identifying duplicate, obsolete or inaccurate records\r\nAssist with data archiving plans and strategies for legacy systems, ensuring historical data retention aligns with business, regulatory and audit requirements\r\nSupport reconciliation and validation activities to confirm data accuracy before and after migration into Epicor\r\nProject Coordination\r\nTrack task completions in project boards\r\nCapture action items, risks, issues, and dependencies; follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution\r\nSupport configuration, testing, and rollout activities by organizing schedules, collecting requirements, and documenting outcomes\r\nSupport PMO standardization efforts by helping maintain templates, processes, and documentation repositories\r\nDesired Skills\r\nFamiliarity with data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and archival best practices\r\nPrior Project Management or schedule management experience\r\nEpicor (Kinetic) ERP, DelmiaWorks or other Enterprise Resource Planning software\r\nStrong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes such as manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, order management, and finance\r\nExposure to ERP reporting tools and system integrations\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nMeeting presentation and facilitation skills\r\nFamiliarity with Monday.com, Smartsheets or similar project tracking software\r\nFamiliarity with MS Office or Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)\r\nComputer skills to perform data entry and data integrity work in our ERP software\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role, including data cleansing, normalizing and validation\r\nFamiliarity with project management concepts\r\nHands-on experience with Google Sheets or MS Excel\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n3+ years of experience in Tableau, Power BI or equivalent BI platform\r\nFamiliarity with SQL, reporting tools, or data integration concepts\r\nWe encourage and welcome applicants with any and all backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and competencies.
