This position is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in their work, can lead crews when needed, and communicates effectively with general contractors and team members. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in commercial environments. ResponsibilitiesManage and run commercial plumbing projects with minimal supervisionRead and interpret blueprints, specs, and drawings accuratelyAssemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipmentInstall pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power toolsPlan the layout of plumbing, using drawingsPerform maintenance of water supply systemsInstall and maintain gas and liquid heating systemsProfessionally Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managersLead and direct crew members on job sitesEnsure all work meets code requirements and company quality standardsMaintain job site safety and organizationTrack materials, labor, and job progressQualificationsValid Plumbing License (Not required but strongly recommended) Minimum 3 year of professional experience Proven ability to run jobs independentlyAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipmentStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practicesAbility to read and understand construction documentsLeadership skills and the ability to manage a crewValid driver's license and reliable transportation
