If you would love to be part of a growing team please send your resume.Role OverviewWe are looking for two full-time Ortho/Dental Assistant to join our dental practice The right applicant will have experience preparing patients, ensuring that they are comfortable and offering another set of hands for procedures. Assistants must help Dentist to clearly see problems and changes within a patient's mouth. This often requires taking x-rays, and behavioral guidance with a positive attitude.ResponsibilitiesHelp Dentist prepare for procedures by having the necessary tools sterilized and in placeHelp our children have an extraordinary experienceHelp keep a patient’s mouth clean and dry during procedures and assist dentist with the necessary tools at the appropriate timePatient education; explain procedures and discuss treatment progress and plans to parentsThis position will include all aspects of clinical dental care and have fun doing soRequirementsPrevious dental chair side assisting is preferred (1-5 years)Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the workdayHigh energy required and needed to work with usExcellent customer service skills with an outgoing, bubbly attitude, people friendly personalityThe ideal applicant will display and demonstrate excellent communication skills with staff and patientsDesire to learn new skills and expand your potentialCoronal polishing/sealant, and/or nitrous, certified is plusMonday-Friday and 1 -2 Saturdays a monthJob Types: Full-timeCompany OverviewWe are a multi-specialty group.
