Production Operations Coordinator (Production)Location: Chino, CA (On-site)Emblem is a California-based furniture manufacturer specializing in custom banquettes and commercial furniture. We partner with designers, dealerships, and brands to create highly tailored pieces for workplace, hospitality, and multi-family environments.We're growing quickly and looking for a Production Operations Coordinator to support our Production Supervisor and operations team. This role is central to keeping materials, purchasing, vendor communication, paperwork, and day-to-day production organized and moving.This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and able to manage a wide range of operational details behind the scenes.What You'll Do?You'll work directly under our Production Manager and support a wide range of purchasing, materials, and operations-related tasks:Purchasing & Vendor CoordinationCheck in with the factory team regularly to understand what materials and supplies are neededPlace orders for production materials such as foam, wood, staples, screws, bolts, glue, hardware, metal, power components, and other shop suppliesRequest quotes from vendors and compare pricing as neededCommunicate with vendors about orders, lead times, pricing, and delivery updatesBuild and maintain strong vendor relationshipsTrack materials that have been ordered and follow up until they arriveMaterials & Production SupportReceive and tag incoming COM and other ordered materialsCheck incoming materials against project paperwork and internal recordsHelp track fabric, power, metal, and other materials needed for approved ordersSupport the Production Supervisor in keeping projects ready for productionHelp identify missing materials or information before they delay the shopAccept deliveries and help direct incoming trucks or vendors as neededProject & Office OperationsCreate deposit invoices in QuickBooks Create project folders and organize project paperwork, including quotes, purchase orders, deposit invoices, and related documentsUpdate project and material information in Airtable and CRMHelp maintain accurate project and material records across internal systemsProcess invoices and file paid invoicesSend out wood, metal, and finish samples when requestedSupport general office and facility supply ordering, including office supplies, kitchen supplies, restroom supplies, and factory suppliesFreight & Shipping SupportAssist with gathering freight quotesHelp prepare freight paperwork, including labels, weights, dimensions, and shipment detailsSupport coordination of outgoing shipments with the Production Manager and Client Services teamHelp ensure shipping documentation is accurate and organizedTeam SupportSupport the Production Supervisor with day-to-day operations and production coordinationCommunicate clearly with both office and factory team membersHelp keep internal operations organized, accurate, and movingStep in where needed to support purchasing, materials tracking, and production readinessWhy This Role MattersThis position plays a key role in how Emblem keeps production moving.
