Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include Benchmark , General Catalyst , Peter Thiel , Adam D'Angelo , Larry Summers , and Jack Dorsey .\r\nPosition: Project Manager\r\nType: Contract\r\nCompensation: $60–$85/hour\r\nLocation: Onsite WA/Redmond - Hybrid\r\nDuration: 12 months - potential extension\r\nRole Responsibilities\r\nDrive the planning, execution, and delivery lifecycle for feature development and productization.\r\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.\r\nCommunicate project status, dependencies, and risks to all stakeholders.\r\nCoordinate regular feature evaluation sessions to gather feedback and promote feature familiarity.\r\nEnsure tasks and projects are completed and progress is documented.\r\nOversee vendor services and equipment procurement, supporting other operational projects as needed.\r\nMaintain an on-site presence five days a week at the Redmond facilities.\r\nQualifications\r\nMust-Have\r\n3+ years of project management experience within research or product development settings.\r\nStrong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.\r\nProven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating proactive initiative in a fast-paced environment.\r\nEffective at building strong partnerships and collaborating across functions with team members and stakeholders.\r\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
