Must be able to design detailed programs, flowcharts, and diagrams showing mathematical computations and sequence of machine operations necessary to copy and process data and print results. Must be able to verify the accuracy and completeness of programs and systems by preparing sample representative data and perform testing by means of cycle and system processing.\nDuties / Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, automate, support, and monitor performance tuning using Informatica.\nDevelop stored procedures, triggers, and functions in SQL in PostgreSQL or other databases.\nArchitect Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) solutions and data conversion strategies for integrating disparate systems.\nCreate data mapping and modeling for data migrations.\nCreate an end-to-end solution for ETL transformation jobs that involve writing Informatica workflows and mappings, SQL procedures, and functions.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance Informatica Mappings, Work-flows, and processes.\nAdhere to all security, change control, and MHBE Project Management Office (PMO) policies, processes, and methodologies.\nNote: The candidate must be flexible to work overtime as needed, including weekends, holidays, and off-hours.\nPreferred Qualifications\nA minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Informatica Mappings, Work-flows, and processes.\nA minimum of six (6) years of hands-on experience using Informatica PowerCenter.\nA minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing ETL solutions and data conversion strategies of disparate systems and creating data mapping and modeling for data migrations.\nA minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in ETL design, development, performance tuning, monitoring, and supporting using Informatica.\nA minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in creating complex and efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.\nA minimum of four (4) years of ETL-related experience supporting health exchange, health care EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), or Health and Human Services applications.\nExperience in analyzing, converting, and transforming EDI transaction sets such as the 834 and 999 IRS datasets, such as the H36, H41, 1095-A, 1095-B, and SBMI.\nKnowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) eligibility rules.\nExperience with data quality assurance, quality control, and large-scale Healthcare IT Systems data compliance processes.\nExperience working with the Project Management Office (PMO) processes, policies, and procedures.\nJob Types: Contract, Full-time\nPay: $70,314.81 - $165,062.28 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nSchedule:\nMonday to Friday\nOvertime\nWeekend availability\nAbility to commute/relocate:\nBaltimore, MD 21202: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)\nApplication Question(s):\nDo you have EDI or Healthcare experience?
