Pleasant and fair interaction with the Owners and Subcontractors is a must.\nThis position is Safety Sensitive and Mandatory Substance Abuse testing per the St. Louis Construction Industry Substance Abuse Consortium is required.\nDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE\n3+ years of experience in the construction industry.\nSelf-starter that takes sincere pride in your work.\nHave a stable work history with multiple references.\nMaintain strong work and personal ethics.\nComplete understanding of how to read and understand construction plans, specifications.\nDevelop long term working relationships with clients and subcontractors.\nScheduling abilities.\nSolid communication skills.\nCurrent OSHA 10-hour training minimum.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Scheduling software.\nBe able to create and maintain detailed schedules.\nKnowledge of excavation and concrete construction.\nSkilled with cloud-based project management platforms.\nWilling to travel sometimes based on project locations.\nABOUT McGRATH\nMcGrath is a leading Design/Build Construction Manager based in St. Louis, MO.
