This is an entry level position and a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced team of professionals to grow your experience and skillset.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nWithin 2 months -\nDaily post trade processing, reporting and affirmations\nResolve trade settlement issues in a timely manner\nDaily account reconciliation/maintenance to custodial relationships (cash, positions and transactions)\nWithin 4 months -\nMonthly account reconciliation/reporting\nCorporate action maintenance and election notification (mergers, stock splits, etc.)\nOngoing -\nAd hoc treasury and and operational projects\nCoordinate with the portfolio management, trading and accounting teams to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy\nQualifications\nExcellent attention to detail and highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written\nA strong interest in investment management and public equity markets\nUndergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or a technical field such as Math/Engineering with coursework in Economics or Accounting\nStrong MS Excel skills, experience with databases is a plus\nAuthorization to work in the US\nRange stated is for base salary only. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge and skills. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.
