required.\n\nAt least three years of experience in manufacturing, steel fabrication, metal manufacturing, construction manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment preferred.\n\nPrevious experience as a Foreman, Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, or other shop leadership position strongly preferred.\n\nExperience directing employees and coordinating daily production work.\n\nAbility to understand production schedules, work orders, drawings, measurements, and job specifications.\n\nBasic understanding of manufacturing quality standards and production processes.\n\nWorking knowledge
