Head Girls Coach
Position Overview:The Head Girls Coach is responsible for leading and developing the girls' athletic program by fostering student growth, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. This position requires a highly motivated individual who serves as a positive role model for student-athletes and promotes a culture of excellence both on and off the field/court.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the girls' athletic programDevelop practice plans and game strategies that promote skill development and teamworkPromote good sportsmanship, character, and academic success among student-athletesEnsure compliance with all district, UIL, and state regulationsSupervise athletes during practices, games, and travelMaintain communication with students, parents, and school staffManage equipment, uniforms, and facilities responsiblyQualifications:Previous coaching experience required (head or assistant level preferred)Demonstrated knowledge of the sport and ability to develop student-athletesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to build positive relationships with students, staff, and communityMust possess a valid CDL or be willing to obtainExpectations:Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethicServes as a positive role model for all studentsMaintains a professional demeanor at all timesCommitted to fostering a positive, inclusive, and competitive programEmployment Details:Part-time, coaching-only positionStipend based on experience and district pay scale
