This market is live and growing, with a playbook already started, but it’s far from finished. You’ll be the one who picks it up, perfects it, and gets the whole team executing against it, all while the ground keeps shifting underneath you. This is a role for someone who thrives without a finished script, can hold multiple high‑stakes priorities at once, and still delivers when it counts.\r\nYou’ll own the P&L, write the playbook, build and lead a team of residential HVAC and electrical professionals, develop strategic business plans, and uphold high standards of customer service and compliance.
