You will report to the Operations Manager.You willDevelop and maintain standardized assembly methods, visual work instructions, PFMEA analyses, and line-balancing models to achieve flexible , low-throughput-time productions lines.Configure new and existing lines for pumo assembly and service, specify tooling and equpment.Develop processes for accurate material tracking, damage control, and just-in-time replinishment.Identify automation or ergonomic ehancements to prevent line stoppages and injuries Implement and monitor poka-yoke solutions, first-time-right processes, and ISO/OSHA requirements to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory adherence.To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
