Their flagship program is a practical, step-by-step training that empowers people to launch their own businesses in the digital space, with a strong focus on support, community, and real-world outcomes. The company operates under the belief that financial independence is a powerful tool for personal freedomThe Role: This is an established offer with qualified leads and a solid support team in place. As a Closer, your role will be to speak with warm leads who have been nurtured through content and setter outreach. The sales process is consultative and value-driven, typically conducted in a one-call close format. The business has an existing setter, and the founder is highly involved in maintaining a strong mission-centered cultureAchieve a minimum 25% closing ratio to achieve 16 closed units a month of the coaching offer @ 24,000 SEK. Current close rate is 30%+ and show rate is 80%Take 4-5 inbound calls/day, approx 100 month.Qualify potential clients by understanding their challenges and needs.Be available to communicate daily through slack between 8-6pm CET and attend daily huddles via zoom at 10am CET Mon - Fri and provide end-of-day reports and keep CRM updatedValue of the Offer: 24,000 SEKCompensation: This is a fully commission-based role with on-target earnings after ramp up, of 57,600 SEK/mo or 691,200 SEK/yr with potential to earn more. Commission is paid at 15%. You will also get a bonus for hitting revenue generated goals. You will receive 5,000 SEK for every 450,000 SEK in total monthly sales cash collected.We’re looking for candidates who:Speak fluent Swedish and can confidently conduct sales calls in CET timezoneHave experience in high-ticket closing with a proven track record of successAre passionate about entrepreneurship, personal development, and online educationCan connect emotionally with mission-driven leads, many of whom are in transitional or minority life situationsAre confident on Zoom, have a clean/professional background, and maintain a strong remote work setupAre organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a consistent pipeline of warm leadsAre hungry, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people earn additional income.Demonstrate strong work ethic and focus, be fully committed to their role (no side hustles), consistent with their schedule, and disciplined in hitting daily KPIsBring positive, engaging energy, an uplifting presence that inspires confidence, keeps conversations purposeful, and creates trust quickly.Maintain a professional remote setup with reliable Wi-Fi, quality audio/video, and a polished, punctual presence on Zoom or DMs.Are strong communicators and fast learners, confident on calls, proactive, coachable, and eager to master new scripts and systems.
