Worship Leader (part time)

Crossview Church is seeking a part time Worship Leader to help create a culture of vibrant worship where people encounter God. This role requires a love for Jesus and a passion for leading others in worship. The Worship Leader works closely with Senior Pastor and volunteers to plan and lead worship experiences.Reports to: Senior PastorKey Expectations Plan and lead weekly rehearsals and worship services in collaboration with other worship pastors and the Lead Pastor. Use Subsplash and ProPresenter to schedule, communicate with team members, and create and load service flows. Plan and oversee worship budget, including annual planning Foster a culture where team members feel loved, cared for, and encouraged to grow spiritually and in musical skill.Crossview Church leaders are expected to model a Christ-centered life by: Maintaining a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus through regular Scripture reading, prayer, worship, and spiritual disciplines. Connecting in a small group and intentionally discipling others toward Christlikeness. Prioritizing and caring for family in a God-honoring way.
