SummaryThe Production Worker will be responsible for the production of finished goods in conformance with all quantity and quality standards set by production management.Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for neat, organized work-station and appropriate housekeeping practices in all areas of productionResponsible for some light set-ups and dismantling of assigned production areasReport to other assigned locations/job sites for work on a daily, weekly, or permanent status including, but not limited to: the Wolf Center, Blossom Road, or any other work sites as neededParticipate in other phases of production operations as requiredResponsible for the implementation and compliance of functions that affect product safety and quality as outlined in established SQF proceduresPerform all other duties as assigned by supervisorKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesAbility to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with othersMust have reliable transportation to work locationEducation And ExperienceHigh diploma or equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageValid NYS Driver License Physical Requirements/Working ConditionsAbility to reach above shoulder levelAbility to turn/twist upper bodyMust be able to stand and walk frequently throughout work dayAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. dead weightEmployee will spend majority of time in a manufacturing environment and wear required protective equipmentCorporate Qualifications/ExpectationsAdhere to all CDS Life Transitions, Inc. and Unistel Industries policies and procedures.Adhere to the Agency Mission, Vision, Shared Values, and Customer Service Standards.Attend mandatory education and training modules as scheduled; obtain and maintain required certifications.Maintain all required certifications/training by State regulations and CDS policyAct as a professional representative of CDS Life Transitions, Inc.
