The ideal candidate appreciates partnering with our customer and a group of cybersecurity experts to advise senior personnel in support of military intelligence missions.Position Responsibilities: Assists the Government in identifying and assessing the customers capability requirements. Assists with traceability by aligning the requirements to Mission Essential Tasks, Command priorities, DOD wide strategy and guidance. Assist Government with submitting, coordinating, tracking, reporting and archiving requirements. Provide support with developing mission gaps, mission needs and endstate statements to include identifying potential solutions. With government direction builds/amends business processes for managing requirements boards.Required Qualifications:Clearance: U.S. Citizen, SCI within last 2 yearsLocation: Full time on-site Annapolis Junction, MarylandExperience and knowledge:Four or more years of experience in a Military Requirements Manager roleFour years of experience with Planning, Analysis, and Operations, in cybersecurity, cyber operations, requirements managementExperience with USCYBERCOM, Service Cyber Components, DISA, NSA, or similar mission partnersFamiliarity with JCWA elements (UP, JCC2, PCTE, ICAM, sensors, analytics, data fabrics)Strong understanding of DoD requirements processes, system engineering lifecycle, and JCIDS or equivalent requirements frameworksDemonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environmentCollaborates with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governancePreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting Cyber Mission Force operations or trainingUnderstanding of cloud architectures, zero trust, data engineering, and cyber tool developmentUnderstanding of the Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill chain, MITRE ATT&CK framework, TTPs, IoCs, CVEs, and threat attribution play in Cyber Operations (Offensive, Defensive, or Cybersecurity)Experience with Risk Assessment and Risk Management - the Risk Management Framework (RMF)Prior experience supporting UP/UPDM, JCC2, or other JCWA programsExperience with cyber event simulations or hands-on scenario-based trainingClearance: Polygraph within last 5 yearsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a related fieldCertification: Security+, Cloud+ CySA+, CISSP, CEH, or similarExperience and Knowledge: Seven or more years of experience in a Requirements Manager roleBenefits Generous cost sharing for medical insurance for the employee and dependents 100% company paid dental insurance for employees and dependents 100% company paid long-term and short-term disability insurance 100% company paid vision insurance for employees and dependents 401k plan with generous match and 100% immediate vesting Competitive Pay Generous paid leave and holiday package Tuition and training reimbursement Life and AD&D InsuranceAbout AnaVationAnaVation is the leader in solving the most complex technical challenges for collection and processing in the U.S. Federal Intelligence Community.
